It was not sunny in Koh Tao until the day we left. We didn't have to leave till around 2pm, so were were able to enjoy a bit of the sunshine, at least.
We took a ferry, then a shared taxi to the train station and then the train back to Bangkok.
We had to wait a few hours for our train, so we pulled out a deck of cards and started to play. As we were playing, an old lady and a little girl just came, plopped them selves in front of us and watched us play.
We started to make silly faces at the little girl, and before long, she was hyped up, running around, making faces at us and trying to get us to tickle her.
Our train wasn't late this time. If anything, it was even a bit early. We were hoping that it would be, because we didn't really feel like getting to Bangkok at 5:30am with nothing to do.
We tried fan this time, since it's quite a bit cheaper. It wasn't too bad, but it was a bit noisy, stuffy and they didn't turn out the lights.
I felt like just as I'd managed to fall asleep, a guy came, ripped my curtain open, told me good morning and that I had to get down so that he could change the bed into a seat.
